These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of the KÒRMESIC | L'USURA DE FACCIA online store (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Using the Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the Store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation or security. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.

2. Products and use

Our products are cosmetics for external use only, unless the label says otherwise (for example, toothpaste). Always read the label and directions before use. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before using a new product. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if it continues.

Information on the Store, including product descriptions and articles, is for general information only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from person to person.

We try to show product colors, sizes and packaging accurately, but your screen and our supplier's packaging updates may cause small differences.

3. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are added at checkout. We may change prices, offers and products at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our order confirmation email confirms we have received it, and the contract is formed when we ship the order.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or reselling, or if a price or description was shown in error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer.

4. Discounts, bundles and Rewards

Discount codes, automatic bundle discounts and Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order. Bundle discounts apply automatically when the qualifying items are in your bag. If we launch a rewards program, its points will be governed by the program rules we publish with it.

5. Shipping, title and risk

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us. See our Shipping policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the KÒRMESIC and L'USURA DE FACCIA names and logos, text, photos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our business. You confirm that your submission is honest, is your own and does not break any law or anyone's rights.

8. Text messages

If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated in these Terms or required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Store when you place an order applies to that order.
