This privacy policy explains how KÒRMESIC | L'USURA DE FACCIA ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store (the "Store"). If you have questions, contact us at lusuradefaccia@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us, sign up for emails or texts, or join Rewards, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, messages you send us and your marketing preferences. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Store we and our service providers collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages and products you view, what you add to your bag, the site that referred you and approximate location. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from others. We may receive information from our service providers, such as payment processors (for example, to confirm a payment) and shipping carriers (for example, delivery status).
How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders, handle returns and refunds, and send order and shipping updates
- To run your account, wishlist and Rewards points
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To send marketing emails or texts, if you have agreed to receive them
- To understand how the Store is used and to improve our products, website and advertising
- To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Shopify, which hosts our Store and processes data on our behalf (see Shopify's privacy policy)
- Payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shipping carriers, such as USPS, to deliver your order
- Service providers who help us with email and text messaging, customer support, analytics and Rewards
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, which may use cookies and pixels to measure and personalise ads. You can opt out as described below.
- Authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business
Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies keep your bag and sign-in working, remember your preferences and help us understand how the Store is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings and through the cookie banner where it is shown. To opt out of targeted advertising you can visit optout.aboutads.info and Google Ad Settings. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of your information for that purpose.
Emails and texts
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each email. If you agreed to receive marketing texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You will still receive messages about your orders.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, Minnesota, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information and profiling
- obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed your information
To make a request, email lusuradefaccia@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent, and you will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are not satisfied with the result you can contact your state Attorney General.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (usually seven years). Other information is kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and then deleted or anonymised.
Children
The Store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are processed over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
