30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including products with a broken seal. The exceptions are items that arrived damaged or faulty, or the wrong item. If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and contact us. We review every case individually.

Items we cannot take back

  • Opened or used products (except as described above)
  • Opened sheet masks and eye masks, which are single-use
  • Gift cards

Sets and bundles can be returned within 30 days if every item is unopened. If one item in a bundle is returned, the refund is the price paid for that item after the bundle discount.

How to return

  1. Email lusuradefaccia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with our return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number until your refund is issued.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. If the return is because of our mistake (damaged, faulty or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the return is because of our mistake.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you received a damaged, faulty or wrong item, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
